The prize is not a cash giveaway and is not guaranteed to be paid directly to the winner.

The purpose of this requirement is to encourage responsible financial planning and long-term financial stability.

Any consultation costs may be deducted from the total prize value.

Any tax consequences arising from acceptance or receipt of the prize are solely the responsibility of the winner.

The Sponsor makes no representations regarding tax treatment and recommends that winners seek independent tax advice.
