The Direct Loans – Official Sweepstakes Rules

1. Eligibility

The Monthly Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open only to individuals who are eighteen (18) years of age or older (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence, if higher) at the time of entry and who are legal residents of the fifty (50) United States, the District of Columbia, or Canada, excluding the Province of Quebec. Void in Puerto Rico, Quebec, and where prohibited or restricted by law.

The following individuals are not eligible to enter or win: directors, officers, employees, contractors, representatives, and agents of The Direct Loans (“Sponsor”), its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, marketing agencies, vendors, and any other parties involved in the administration or promotion of the Sweepstakes (collectively, the “Sweepstakes Parties”), as well as the immediate family members (spouse, parents, children, siblings, and their respective spouses) and household members of each such individual.

By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes.

2. Sweepstakes Entry Period

The Sweepstakes operates on a monthly basis. Entries will be accepted beginning on or about the first (1st) day of each calendar month and ending at 11:59 PM Eastern Time (ET) on the last day of that same month (the “Entry Period”). Sponsor’s computer systems shall be the official time-keeping device for the Sweepstakes.

3. How to Enter

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY.
No entry fee, payment, or proof of purchase is required to enter or win.

To enter, complete and submit the official online entry form available on a The Direct Loans website during the applicable Entry Period. All required fields must be completed truthfully and accurately.

• Limit one (1) entry per person per month.

• Use of multiple email addresses, identities, devices, scripts, bots, macros, or automated systems to submit entries is strictly prohibited and will result in disqualification.

• Entries generated by fraud, deception, or rule circumvention will be void.

Entrant must be the authorized account holder of the email address used to enter. Sponsor reserves the right to determine the validity of any entry and the eligibility of any entrant at its sole discretion.

4. Odds of Winning

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the applicable Entry Period.

5. Winner Selection and Notification

On or about the last day of each Entry Period, one (1) winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received for that month.

Winners will be notified by email within fourteen (14) business days following selection. Sponsor is not responsible for failed delivery due to spam filters, incorrect contact information, or technical issues.

If a selected winner:

• Cannot be contacted,

• Is found ineligible,

• Fails to respond within fifteen (15) days, or

• Fails to return required documentation,

the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.

6. Prizes and Prize Claims

Each monthly winner may receive a prize with a total value of up to One Hundred Thousand Dollars (US $100,000), intended to support eligible debt reduction and related financial support services.

Prize Structure and Use

The prize will be administered in a structured manner:

1. Debt Reduction First
   A portion of the prize will first be applied toward eligible personal or business debt, including but not limited to credit cards, personal loans, or approved business obligations.

2. Financial Consultation Requirement
   Before any remaining balance is released, the winner must enroll in and complete a financial education or consultation program with a qualified financial consultant selected or approved by Sponsor.

   • Consultation costs will be paid from the prize amount.

   • Purpose: to promote responsible financial planning and long-term stability.

3. Release of Remaining Funds
   After successful completion of the consultation and submission of proof, any remaining prize balance may be released to the winner in cash or cash equivalent, subject to Sponsor approval and applicable law.

The winner has six (6) months from notification to complete all requirements. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of any unreleased portion of the prize.

Taxes

All federal, state, provincial, and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner. Winners must provide a valid SSN or SIN for tax reporting purposes.

7. Publicity Rights

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use the winner’s name, likeness, city, and state/province for advertising and promotional purposes worldwide without additional compensation.

8. Data Use and Information Sharing

By entering the Sweepstakes, entrants acknowledge and agree that:

• Personal information collected will be used to administer the Sweepstakes, verify eligibility, select winners, and deliver prizes.

• Information may also be shared with Sponsor’s trusted partners, including financial service providers, marketing partners, verification services, and consultants, solely for purposes related to this Sweepstakes, loan eligibility review, financial education, or related offers, in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy.

9. Limitation of Liability

Sweepstakes Parties are not responsible for technical failures, unauthorized interference, errors, omissions, lost entries, or any damages arising from participation or prize acceptance. Entrants release Sweepstakes Parties from all related claims.

10. Sponsor’s Reservation of Rights

Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Sweepstakes if events beyond its control compromise fairness or integrity, including fraud, technical failures, or legal restrictions.

11. Governing Law

These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Venue shall be Toronto, Ontario.
